Saute onion until soft

Add minced beef mince and cook until brown

Add all other ingredients and cook until all mixed

Preheat oven to 180°C

Prepare the shortcut pastry to the bottom of a pie mould (Note 2), add filling then cover with puff pastry, cut away extras and then brush with egg wash

Bake for 30mins, until brown
Note
- You can prepare the filling ahead of time (1-2 days prior to baking in pastry)
- You can make mini pie version by using a cupcake tray. Spray the cupcake tray with oil and cut the pastry accordingly to the size of the cupcake tray.
- You can also add cheese of your choice in the filling (or on top of the pastry)😉
